Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and Frank at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. The location was superb, right between Times Square and Bryant Park with easy access to a Subway station. The dining experience was very good and prompt, which was important for my business schedule. However, the hotel had a few shortcomings such as a limited view from the room and some chaos in the dining area.
I had an absolute blast staying at the hotel. The rooms were efficient, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet retreat despite the bustling location near Times Square. The service, however, fell short with unhelpful staff and a disappointing attitude. On the upside, the hotel's prime location made exploring Times Square and the theater district a breeze.
The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square, the subway, Bryant Park, the Library, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although a bit small without much moving space around the king-size bed. Frank at the front desk stands out for his exceptional service, making the stay truly enjoyable.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is fantastic with easy access to the subway and close to many attractions. However, the room size was a bit disappointing. The dining options were decent, but the breakfast could have had more variety. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel is in the heart of Times Square and the Theater District, making it a convenient and clean choice for a stay. However, the room size and layout were not as spacious as expected, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, just across from Bryant Park with a view of the New Year's Eve Ball outside my window. Although the rooms were dark, facing the main road, and a bit noisy, the service was exceptional, making us feel welcome and providing convenient tours. The dining experience was poor, with limited options and high prices. Despite the dining, the value for money was good, especially considering the prime location.
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. While the rooms weren't ideal due to the small size and lack of a view, I did appreciate that it wasn't next to the linen closet and had a strict non-smoking policy. The location was fantastic, close to the subway and other conveniences, but the dining options left much to be desired.
The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying the buzz of central Manhattan; however, the room was disappointing with cramped space and unnecessary furniture. The service was top-notch despite minor issues with towel delivery. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a busy visit sightseeing, which was wonderful. However, I was disappointed with the service from reception and concierge. The location was very convenient, next to the subway and within walking distance of many points of interest in Times Square, but I didn't receive a reply from the hotel when inquiring about certain services, which was disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, with a view over 42nd street, were small but quiet, offering all necessary facilities. The service was disappointing with issues encountered at reception and concierge. On the bright side, the central location in Times Square was unbeatable.
The hotel had a great view of the ball that drops on NYE and was convenient to Times Square, offering a sweet location with walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were smaller than expected based on photos viewed, with a wet bathroom floor every time my boyfriend and I showered due to a poorly sealed glass door.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were pretty worn and directly above the reception, making it noisy and not the most relaxing stay. However, the location was perfect for my needs, right in the heart of the bustling Times Square but close enough to the calm of Bryant Park. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff eager to assist while others seemed more interested in complaining about work and looking for tips. The dining options were limited but decent, especially for Hilton gold/diamond members. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
