Hilton Garden Inn New York - Times Square Central, New York City

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just across from Bryant Park with a view of the New Year's Eve Ball outside my window. Although the rooms were dark, facing the main road, and a bit noisy, the service was exceptional, making us feel welcome and providing convenient tours. The dining experience was poor, with limited options and high prices. Despite the dining, the value for money was good, especially considering the prime location.

I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. While the rooms weren't ideal due to the small size and lack of a view, I did appreciate that it wasn't next to the linen closet and had a strict non-smoking policy. The location was fantastic, close to the subway and other conveniences, but the dining options left much to be desired.
